
Three Tomato Spaghetti
Ingredients for 5 people
- Spaghetti 500 g
- Organic orange tomatoes in water and salt
- Organic yellow tomatoes in water and salt
- Organic datterino tomatoes in water and salt
- Organic datterino tomato puree 1 tablespoon
- Garlic 1 clove
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
Preparation
- Cut the largest cherry tomatoes in half and sauté a clove of garlic in the oil.
- First add the red cherry tomatoes, then after a few minutes the yellow and orange ones.
- Salt and pepper, add a spoonful of datterino puree.
- Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water.
- Drain the spaghetti and salt the sauce by adding a ladle of cooking water and a few basil leaves.
- Plate the spaghetti and garnish with basil and cherry tomatoes.
