Three Tomato Spaghetti

 

Ingredients for 5 people

  1. Spaghetti 500 g
  2. Organic orange tomatoes in water and salt
  3. Organic yellow tomatoes in water and salt
  4. Organic datterino tomatoes in water and salt
  5. Organic datterino tomato puree 1 tablespoon
  6. Garlic 1 clove
  7. Extra virgin olive oil to taste
  8. Salt to taste

 

Preparation

  1. Cut the largest cherry tomatoes in half and sauté a clove of garlic in the oil.
  2. First add the red cherry tomatoes, then after a few minutes the yellow and orange ones.
  3. Salt and pepper, add a spoonful of datterino puree.
  4. Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water.
  5. Drain the spaghetti and salt the sauce by adding a ladle of cooking water and a few basil leaves.
  6. Plate the spaghetti and garnish with basil and cherry tomatoes.
