Burrata Caprese Drizzled with Balsamic Vinegar
Ingredients
2 large Roma tomatoes
3/4 teaspoon sea salt
2 balls of burrata (8 ounces) - Eccelenze in Tavola
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar -

Preparation
Cut the tomatoes into 1/3-inch-thick slices. Scatter on a serving dish. Sprinkle tomato slices with 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Arrange the burrata balls in the middle or carefully open with a sharp knife and distribute the pieces over the tomato slices.
Sprinkle everything with the remaining salt and freshly ground black pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Garnish with basil leaves and serve.
