Our Sour Cream is made by culturing beta carotene rich Jersey cow milk (which gives it a rich golden colour). Jersey milk is also 20% higher in calcium and richer in micronutrients; minerals and vitamins. Jersey cows produce A2 protein milk which some find easier to digest.
