Each capsule contains: St. John's Wort (Hypericum perforatum) (aerial) : 300 mg   Standardized to contain 0.3% hypericin (900 mcg per capsule)Non-medicinal Ingredients: Rice powder, gelatin capsule (gelatin, purified water), vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant), silica.Recommended Use: Traditionally used as a sedative for relief of restlessness or nervousness. Helps to treat symptoms of sleep disorders.Directions: Recommended Adult Dose: 1 capsule 3 times daily preferably with meals, up to 6 weeks, or as directed by a health care practitioner.Caution: Consult a health care practitioner if you experience sleep disturbances or if symptoms persist.
