Each chewable tablet contains: Organic ginger extract (Zingiber officinale) (rhizome) : 20 mg (Equivalent to 500 mg ginger) Gingerols (5%) : 1 mgNon-medicinal Ingredients: Xylitol, microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant), Stevia rebaudiana leaf, hydroxypropylcellulose.Recommended Use: Ginger has been used as a traditional remedy in many cultures for thousands of years. It is clinically shown to help prevent nausea and vomiting due to motion and/or seasickness. It is traditionally used in herbal medicine to help relieve digestive upset including lack of appetite, nausea, digestive spasms, indigestion, dyspepsia, and flatulent colic (carminative). Ginger is also used as an expectorant and anti-tussive to help relieve bronchitis, coughs, and colds. Helps prevent nausea and vomiting associated with post operative nausea. Helps to relieve the pain associated with menstrual cramping. Helps to relieve joint pain associated with osteoarthritis.Directions: Recommended adult dose: Chew 2 tablets daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.For anti-nausea use: take a single dose 30 minutes before travel and optionally every 4 hours as necessary.For post-operative nausea: take 1 hour prior to surgery, or as directed by a health care practitioner.Menstrual pain/cramping (adults): Chew 3 tablets daily or as directed by a health care practitioner. Take 2 days before menses and during days 1 to 3 of menses.Caution: Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen.
