Organic Cacao Powder 200g

We source the best organically-grown cacao beans from the tropical fringe areas of the Andes Mountains and the Amazonian basin, working with Peruvian farming communities who cultivate them in a sustainable, ecological manner. Cacao powder is obtained by pressing the cacao liquor out of dried cacao beans to extract cacao butter. This leaves a kind of ""cacao cake"" that is then grounded into a fine cacao powder.
