For millennia, medicinal mushrooms have been used in traditional Asian medicine. Here and elsewhere in the world, due to their great therapeutic potential, their popularity continues to grow.


Rich in complex molecules that give them unique medicinal properties, these mushrooms contain a wide variety of bioactive compounds, including polysaccharides, triterpenes, glycoproteins and antioxidants.

1. Immune system


They are renowned for their ability to strengthen the immune system, thereby improving the body's resistance to infections.


2. Ant-inflammatory


They are also being studied for their anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer potential, leading to growing interest in their use as therapeutic supplements.

3. Adaptogens


Several of them, such as Reishi, Chaga, Lion's Mane and Cordyceps, are known for their adaptogenic properties. This means that they can help the body adapt to all types of stress, and regulate physiological functions.


4. Cordyceps
