Coffee Mocha & Whipped Coconut Cream



Ingredients

2 tablespoons organic and fair trade coffee (to make 2 shots of espresso)
1 to 2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips
1 cup of hot vegetable milk of your choice
1/4 cup Organic Fair Trade Whipped Coconut Cream
A piece of dark chocolate to make shavings as a garnish

Preparation


Prepare a double espresso in the coffee maker.
Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of dark chocolate chips (to taste) to the coffee and mix with a milk frother until melted.
Add 1 cup of hot vegetable milk.
Whip Cha's Organics coconut cream with a whisk until smooth and add a generous amount to your mocha coffee.
Make chocolate shavings using a vegetable peeler, garnish the mocha and serve immediately.
