The passion of founder Margaret Coons is contagious.
Committed to using only the best ingredients with her creative know-how, she sought to develop an artisanal, entirely vegetable cheese of superior quality to help enhance the daily experience. In collaboration with her incredible team, she quickly made Nuts For Cheese an innovative leader recognized for the quality of her vegan cheese.
What started with an inspired chef in the back kitchen of a vegan restaurant quickly developed into a team of 20 (still growing), in a large-scale installation. We have not lost sight of our roots and always integrate the same dimension of pleasure while remaining focused on these first days (or late evenings) in the kitchen. It is this philosophy that prioritizes people and puts the passion forward that we maintain and that fuels our operations today.
We are a dynamic and diverse team of people who love tasty, ethically sourced foods and believe that vegan cheeses can, yes, be that good! We are convinced that positive and lasting change can spread through food. Let's share this adventure together!
