Cherry Tomato, Roasted Garlic and Vegan Cheeze Pasta

1 bag (500g) organic TAU pasta

2 packs (500g) cherry tomatoes

4 garlic cloves

Drizzle of olive oil

1 vegan cheeze bloc

Salt, pepper and oregano to taste

  1. Place the cherry tomatoes, garlic and vegan cheeze bloc in an oven safe dish.
  2. Add a drizzle of olive oil, salt, pepper and oregano.
  3. Bake in the oven at 375°F for 40 minutes. 
  4. In the meantime, cook the pasta following the instructions on the package.
  5. Add the pasta directly in the dish freshly out of the oven and stir everything together.
