Mocha coffee and whipped coconut cream vegan Organic fair trade

2 tablespoons of organic and fair trade TAU coffee (to make 2 shots of espresso)
1 to 2 tablespoons of dark chocolate chips
1 cup of hot plant milk of your choice
1/4 cup Cha's Organics Organic Fair Trade Whipping Cream
A piece of dark chocolate to make shavings as a garnish

  1. Prepare a double espresso with the coffee maker of your choice.
  2. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of dark chocolate chips (depending on your taste) to the coffee and stir with a milk frother until they melt.
  3. Add 1 cup of hot plant milk.
  4. Whip the Cha's Organics Coconut Cream with a whisk until smooth and add a generous amount over your mocha coffee.
  5. Make chocolate shavings using a vegetable peeler, top with mocha and serve immediately.
