Fruit crumble Ingredients
  • 6 medium sized apples
  • ½ teaspoon of cardamom powder
  • The juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 170g of TAU strawberry jam 100% fruit (3/4 of a jar)
  • 1 ¼ cup oats
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1/3 cup Le Grand unsalted vegan butter


Preparation


  1. In a bowl, add 6 chopped and cored apples, cardamom powder, lemon juice, and strawberry jam, mix everything.
  2. In another bowl, mix the oat, flour, sugar and salt.
  3. Add the Le Grand vegan unsalted butter.
  4. Mix with your fingers until incorporated.
  5. Assemble by layering the oat mixture on top of the apple mixture.
  6. Bake at 350 ° F for 50 minutes.
  7. Serve with a scoop of vegan ice cream!
