If desired, add ½ to 1 kiwi ½ banana, ½ or 1 ripe pear, some pineapple chunks or fruit to taste
1 cup (250 lL) rice beverage or almond
1 c. teaspoon (5 ml) of unpasteurized honey
½ lemon zest
A pinch of pepper
If desired, 1 c. tablespoon (15 ml) or more protein powder
Place all ingredients in blender and mix until fluffy texture.
