Verrines shrimp, avocado and grapefruit


8 small portions

  • 1 avocado
  • 300 to 400g shrimp
  • 1 grapefruit
  • Salt and pepper
  • Fresh dill
  • Organic lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of organic olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of apple cider vinegar



Peel the shrimp and cut into small pieces; keep a few whole shrimp for decoration on top

Cut the avocado into cubes and the grapefruit into small pieces. Mix well and season with salt, pepper, lemon juice, dill, vinegar and oil.
