Melted Brie with Honey and Rosemary


As an appetizer or after the main dish, melted bries are always appreciated by everyone. Here is a simple and delicious recipe!

- 1 round brie cheese (about 250g)
- 1 organic fresh rosemary branch
- ½ cup (125 ml) walnuts, coarsely chopped
- 3 tablespoons (45 ml) organic honey
- Fresh baguette to eat with the brie (optional)


  1. Preheat the oven to 350⁰F.
  2. Place the brie in an oven safe round glass container
  3. Decorate the brie with the walnuts, fresh rosemary and the honey.
  4. Put in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the brie is starting to melt.
  5. Eat with a spoon or on a fresh baguette.
