This homemade pizza is really simple to make and your kids will love participating in the creation of it. You can let your imagination run wild when it comes to toppings, but this combination has won our heart.
1 Tomato pizza crust (TAU brand) 350g
1 handful fresh organic arugula
10 fresh basil leaves
5 to 7 organic artichoke hearts in brine (TAU brand), cut in halves
1/2 cup vegan grating block from Gusta (or your favorite cheese)
Place the arugula evenly on the tomato pizza crust.
Grate the Gusta "Cheese" on top.
Place the artichoke hearts cut in halves evenly and finish top the basil leaves.
On a baking tray, warm the pizza in the oven at 350 degrees Celsius until the vegan cheese melts slightly.
