BANANA PROTEIN PANCAKES

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas, mashed
  • 2 eggs, whisked (or 1/2 cup of apple sauce to make this recipe vegan)
  • 2 scoops Progressive Nutritional Harmonized Fermented Vegan Protein - Vanilla Maple Cookie Powder
  • Coconut oil for greasing the pan

Preparation

  1. Mix bananas, eggs, and protein powder until well combined.⁣⁣
  2. Melt the coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.⁣⁣
  3. Using a 1/4 cup measure, pour the batter into the pan. They are ready to flip when bubbles start to form on the top.⁣⁣
  4. Serve with favourite toppings and enjoy!⁣
