MOCHA COFFEE & COCONUT WHIPPED CREAM

Ingredients

Prepation time: 10 minutes

Serving: 1

  • 2 tbsp of Organic fair trade TAU coffee (to make 2 shots of espresso)
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons of dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup of warm plant-based milk of your choice
  • 1/4 cup of Cha's Organics organic and fair trade coconut whipping cream
  • A piece of dark chocolate to make shavings for topping

Preparation

  1. Make a double espresso with the coffee maker of your choice.
  2. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of the chocolate chips (according to your taste) and mix into the coffee with a frother until dissolved.
  3. Add 1 cup of warm milk.
  4. Whisk the whipping cream until smooth and add a generous dollop on your mocha.
  5. Shave the chocolate with a vegetable peeler, garnish the mocha and serve immediately.
