Thaï Hummus

Thaï Hummus


  • 1 can organic TAU chickpeas, 400ml
  • 2 Tom Thai cubes from Evive, thawed
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 1/4 cup canola oil or very cold water (or a mix of both)


  1. In a high speed blender or food processor, add the chickpeas, Tom Thai cubes, peanut butter, tahini, garlic clove, salt and lemon juice.
  2. Mix on high and progressively add canola oil and/or ice cold water. Adjust the quantity of liquid according to desired consistency.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning.


Pro tip: Enjoy this hummus with vegetables sticks or in a wrap!
