Vegetarian dishes




(For 1 bowl*)

  • 1/2 cup Organic brown basmati rice, TAU brand
  • 3 Vegan beet balls from VG Gourmet
  • 5 Cherry tomatoes
  • 2 Radishes, finely sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • One handful vegan feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons Pesto 
  • Pine nuts and fresh basil to taste, for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

*This recipe provides a great opportunity to follow our instinct and adjust the quantities according to our taste!


  1. Cook the brown basmati rice and the beet balls according to the package instructions.
  2. Chop the cherry tomatoes in half, season them with salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar. 
  3. Assemble your Mediterranean bowl with the brown rice, beet balls, seasoned cherry tomato, crumbled feta, and radishes.
  4. Top with roasted pine nuts and fresh basil.
  5. Serve with pesto in a small ramequin in the center of your dish.
