Yes, an active account is needed for any orders done on the website. This avoids any issues with address errors and other factors.
Currently, clients will be able to add their TAUtale card to their transaction, allowing for points to accumulate with online purchases, but points cannot be redeemed online, only in-store. We will provide a redeem feature in the future.
Gift cards cannot be used to purchase online, only in-store
Coupons are not available for use online at this time
Unfortunately, once an order has been finalized, it cannot be modified. To receive a refund for an item or items, please send an email to ecomm@marchestau.com with your order number and we will do our best to aid you if possible. Please allow 3-5 business days for any refund to be done.
Due to the logistics, clients will not be able to choose out exactly which fruit or vegetable they receive. That being said, at Les Marches Tau, quality is of utmost importance to us. Our qualified team will make sure to choose the best quality produce available at the time, and if there is none available, we will remove the item from your order.
